The Catawba County Chamber of Commerce provides a variety of
programs offering quality training, recognition, networking,
and some of the most prestigious opportunities for community
involvement in the region. Through these programs, events and
publications, members can promote their products and services
to each other and to a broader audience. These exposure opportunities
are a great way for members to market their businesses and connect

Board of Directors
The governing body of the
Catawba County Chamber of Commerce. This is an appointed position.
Golf Planning Committee
Get involved in this "hands-on" committee that assists
staff in planning the golf outing.
Ambassadors
The Ambassadors serve as
an extension of the Chamber staff and meet & greet new
members to the Chamber.
Legislative Education and Advocacy Program (LEAP)
Making phone calls or personal
visits, sending letters or e-mails providing advocacy on topics
of business or personal interest.
Government Affairs Council (GAC)
Represents the various business
sectors of the Chamber membership, while working to define
and advocate for the Chamber business political agenda. This
is an appointed position.
Business-Education Partnership
Working to create a better
synergy between what the business community needs and the education
community is delivering in terms of prepared adult citizens.
This is an appointed position.
Catawba Business Coalition
Making a contribution to
the Coalition (the Chamber Political Action Committee) can
help further the Chamber's business political agenda and help
gain meaningful influence in key areas of our state government.

Women's Leadership Conference Planning Committee
A one-day conference providing
valuable resources and programming for women.
Business Expo Planning Committee
A one-day business to business
marketing venue to showcase
your business.
Area Councils
The Area Councils are established
to protect and promote the
interests of the community it serves and have a voice within
the Chamber membership. This is an appointed position.
Independent Business Owners
Independent business owners
who meeting monthly to discuss timely issues, serve a brain
trust for each other and eliminate entrepreneurial isolation.
Manufacturers' Council
A group to enhance the growth
and stability of manufacturing businesses through cooperative
relationships and direct action.
